Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for our events and becoming a part of the ISHET community.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellation of registrations and the eligibility for refunds.

1. Event Registration Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your registration for an event, you must notify us in writing at least 20 days prior to the event date.
  • Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretary at:

  • Please include the following in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Registration ID (if any)
    • Event name
    • Reason for cancellation
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7ā€“10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We regret that we may not be able to process refunds in the following cases:

  • Cancellation requests made after the deadline
  • No-shows on the event day
  • If access to premium member content (e.g., journals or videos) has already been granted

4. Event Cancellation by Organizers

  • In case the event is cancelled by us (due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
  • Alternatively, you may be given the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
