This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellation of registrations and the eligibility for refunds.
1. Event Registration Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your registration for an event, you must notify us in writing at least 20 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Requests
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretary at:

- Your full name
- Registration ID (if any)
- Event name
- Reason for cancellation
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7ā10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We regret that we may not be able to process refunds in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests made after the deadline
- No-shows on the event day
- If access to premium member content (e.g., journals or videos) has already been granted
4. Event Cancellation by Organizers
- In case the event is cancelled by us (due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
- Alternatively, you may be given the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
